Billboard has come out with its list of the biggest money makers in all of music - and Taylor Swift once again reigns supreme.

After receiving the same distinction in 2011, Swift earned more Benjamins than anyone else in the industry over the past 12 months, raking in $39,699,575.60 to claim the top spot over Justin Timberlake and Kenny Chesney.

To compile its list, Billboard ranked performers "by U.S. earnings, calculated from touring, recorded- music sales, publishing royalties and revenue from digital music and video streaming."

Here's the great thing, though: Taylor spends her money wisely.

She was ALSO named the Most Charitable Celebrity of 2012.

Like many of us, Taylor Swift is reportedly not a fan of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber back together, and she's dropped Gomez as a friend as a result.

The singer distanced herself from former BFF Selena after the Disney star reconnected with her infamous ex-boyfriend, sources confirm to Us Weekly.

No word if she will soon be penning an anti-Selena pop-country ballad.

Swift must be REALLY grossed out that Jelena is back on, considering that just last year, she gushed that Gomez is "the closest thing I've ever had to a sister."

Sometimes you gotta show a quasi-sister some tough love, we guess.

The events that brought Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber back together came on quickly and surprisingly, considering their turbulent past few months.

They just can't quit each other. Taylor, however, can happily bow out.

First, the "Boyfriend" punk sent his ex-flame $10,000 worth of flowers.

After that grand gesture, he hopped a plane from Miami to McAllen, Texas to meet with, and apparently woo, his "elegant princess" in person on March 7.

Two days later, the "Come And Get It" singer accompanied the Bieb to the SXSW music fest where he sang his hit "As Long as You Love Me" to her.

Soon enough, they were grinding on video (below). Ugh.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: The Sexy Dance!

Gomez's rekindling of this flame isn't the only thing irking Swift, either.

Reports say Taylor feels Selena "used" a brief romance with her pal Ed Sheeran last year to make Bieber jealous during one of their rough patches.

"After Selena pulled that move, Taylor started distancing herself," a source says, and the past week's antics with Bieber have only turned her off more.

It's enough to leave a bad taste in one's mouth, for sure ...

Taylor Swift isn't afraid to make fun of herself in an amusing new "For Your Consideration" video for the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACMs).

The 24-year-old country superstar then receives the important phone call addressing this monumental issue (and her ringtone for him is awesome).

Taylor important tasks include painting her nails, doling out relationship wisdom to a pal and gushing over the "prettiest kitty in the world," Meredith.

No word if Swift was talking about Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber when she was dishing romance advice, but there's no doubt her true love is Mer.

A pet named for the Grey's Anatomy character, obvs.

The three-minute spot ends as Scott checks off the box to complete the ACM video, saying: "Thank you for helping me with my to-do list (and everything else)."

Taylor Swift is up for Entertainer of the Year and other honors at the ACMs, airing live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 6.

The singer proved her total awesomeness on Saturday, visiting children diagnosed with cancer at New York’s Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and inspiring such Facebook poses as the following:

"We are still in awe, Taylor Swift is a class act all around, she was so sweet, compassionate, asked US questions, got on skype with my other daughter, stayed in our room and talked with us and was completely down to earth.

"She hung out with us for at least 15-20 minutes. She was "scheduled" to be on our floor for 1 hour, but was here for 4.5 hours instead. Thank you Taylor, you are a beautiful woman inside and out!!"

About a year ago, Swift also hung out in Nebraska with a girl suffering from this disease. Sad stuff, but impressive stuff from Taylor.

Taylor Swift has been notoriously unlucky in the romance department over the years, falling in and out of love with stars ranging from John Mayer to Jake Gyllenhaal.

Now it seems Taylor is attempting to fix her troubled dating life by trying again with ex Harry Styles... and then giving each of his bandmates a shot as well!

Yes, Taylor has reportedly decided to date each member of One Direction over the course of an epic, five-week Bachelorette-style competition.

Each of the guys will have one week to woo the 24-year-old and the singer is said to be hoping this experiment will end with a proposal.

"She loves British guys and she's sick of these long relationships that end up going nowhere," said an anonymous friend of Taylor's.

"She figured why not save everyone some time and make a game out of it?"

The source says Taylor plans to "ease into" the competition by spending her first week with Styles, who she previously dated in 2012.

"Harry doesn't really have a chance," said the insider.

"She just wants to get him out of the way first."

So what if Taylor's bizarre brand of speed dating doesn't work?

"She'll just try the Jonas Brothers again," her friend says. "She can't even remember which one she dated and she couldn't care less that one of them is married now."

For the second time in a week, Taylor Swift has dedicated a chunk of her time to hospitalized cancer patients.

Just days after a spokesperson for New York’s Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center confirmed that Swift engaged in one of the longest celebrities visit on record, the singer did the very same thing at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence.

Accompanied by her father, Swift hung around for five hours, meeting one-on-one with kids and playing a song on her guitar for those in the psychiatric unit.

Taylor Swift has been making her way around the dating scene for as long as she's been famous and it looks like her serial-dating past is beginning to strain her relationship with her fans.

Taylor Swift: Biggest Celebrity Player?

In a recent iHeartRadio survey, listeners ranked Taylor as the "biggest celebrity player" in Hollywood. 

Adding to the embarrassment, Taylor is the only woman to make the top five - a group that also includes two of her exes (John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal).

The list of celebrities Taylor dated is certainly a long one, but we think fans may have rushed to judgment on this one. Were Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan not on the ballot?!

Maybe we're just biased because unlike Kim and Lindsay, Taylor actually has talent and seems to care about other people. Just last week, Taylor visited cancer patients in the children's wing of New York's Sloan-Kettering center.

So she may be unlucky in love but at least she makes better use of her time than most twenty-something starlets.

Naturally, Taylor has yet to respond to the survey, but having been famous since her teens, we're sure she's got a talent for shrugging off negative press. At least we hope so, because she certainly receives plenty of it.

As the old saying goes, it ain't an awards show if Taylor Swift ain't dancing in the front row.

By that measure, the 2014 Academy of Country Music Awards was totes an awards show.

The 24-year-old didn't hold back Sunday night when Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum performed "Wagon Wheel" live on stage in Las Vegas.

Does she ever hold back? Would she know how?

After some tame performances earlier in the evening, Swift finally was able to let loose, busting a move, clapping, shaking her hips and dancing like only she can.

The people sitting next to her? Not as into it.

Taylor flailed, grooved, bobbed and weaved like it was her job in a crop top and black skirt with thigh-high slit. It all made for quite a visual, as expected.

In addition to Best Audience Member Dance Moves, Swift won Video of the Year with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban for their song "Highway Don't Care."

Taylor Swift seems a little old to be letting her parents run her career, but sources close to the singer say that's exactly what she's doing...and they're running it right into the ground.

Even though they're now legally separated Scott and Andrea Swift apparently remain united over their favorite activity: micro-managing Taylor and the people around her. One anonymous insider tells the New York Post that Taylor's parents are "difficult and controlling" and adds that the former couple is making it impossible for management and musicians to work with Taylor.

"Taylor’s parents are incredibly difficult to deal with," says the source. "They want to pay as little as possible and treat people like s–t, because they think those people are lucky to have the chance to work with a superstar like Taylor."

Terrible parents, eh? They may explain a lot - like why she's dated half of Hollywood and Karlie Kloss is the only person who can stand to be around her!

We kid, of course. Taylor may have her diva side, but she recently visited cancer patients, and celebs who've worked with her in the past have reported that she's a pleasure. Sounds like her parents just need to loosen their vise-grip on her life and she'll be fine.

Let her go, mom and dad. She is 24, after all.

Fresh off a couple memorable appearances at children's hospitals, spending hours with young cancer patients in New York City and Rhode Island, Swift shocked a young woman in Ohio over the weekend.

At her bridal party!

On Sunday, the multiple-time Grammy winner stopped by Gena Gabrielle’s pre-wedding festivities and posed for a number of photos with the bride-to-be.

Swift - who also made a cameo on Saturday Night Live this weekend - even brought the guest of honor a KitchenAid stand mixer. Taylor may not be getting married any time soon, but she's all about wedding etiquette.

"I will never forget she did this for me," Gena told Today. "She is truly an incredible, special person."

No wonder she can't find a man! Hollywood Life has revealed a list of Taylor Swift's boyfriend requirements and good God is that girl picky.

The list - revealed by a friend of Taylor's who of course chose to remain anonymous - shows an obsessive side of the singer that she probably would've preferred to keep private.

“She wants someone on her level when it comes to their career," says the insider. "Plus, they have to be hot — like leading man hot. And she would love a guy that can speak at least two languages.”

Okay, those all seem like reasonable requirements for a woman in Taylor's position. But wait, it gets weirder:

“She wants a guy that has at least one sister," the source adds "Because she thinks it will make him a better boyfriend. He has to have a good relationship with his parents, especially his mom, but he can’t be a mama’s boy."

He should also be tall, but not too tall, and he should use his second language to communicate with his sister, but never with his mom...Okay, we kid Taylor, but seriously, girl - ease up on those requirements of you're gonna be singing your angry breakup songs for a long, long time. 

Ya gotta give her credit, though - Taylor has definitely earned her title as "Biggest Celebrity Player."

Over the past few weeks, Taylor Swift has left no doubt that she's awesome.

The singer has visited multiple cancer patients and surprised a young woman at her bridal shower.

But while there's no debate over Swift's charitable side, a debate has broken out over the artist's body; namely: is she too skinny?

A couple Twitter users have called attention to Taylor’s shrinking frame over the past few days, prompting Radar Online to (hilariously) consult with a random nutritionist.

Where does Melanie McGrice come down on Swift's frame?

She tells Radar:

"Taylor still appears to be within her healthy weight range. However, she is right on the lower end of the scale now. I wouldn’t want to see her losing anymore weight."

Elsewhere, registered dietician Dr. Susan Mitchell has never treated Swift, but does believe stars have a responsibility to be healthy not just for their own sake... but for the sake of their fans as well.

"Many young women want to emulate celebrities and try to look like them even when their body shape is not meant to,” Dr. Mitchell said. “Society... sends a message that you are not cool unless you look a certain way: very thin."

So yeah, she offered no information about where she's vacationing or who took the picture, but knowing Taylor's history, the photographer probably got dumped seconds later for choosing the wrong filter.

Given her history of serial dating, with think it's safe to say she's traveling with the new dude in her life. And considering her strict set of standards we're assuming Taylor's man is hot, rich and speaks two languages.

Yes, Swifty's given us a lot to make fun of over the years, but there's no arguing with that bikini body.

You take with the good with the bad with this girl and a form like that will help us forgive a lot of ridiculous relationship choices.

And, of course, the "good" with Taylor includes visiting cancer patients and crashing the bridal showers of her biggest fans, so she's got that going for her. She just needs make better selections in the boyfriend department and maybe start ordering dessert now and then.

Anyway, despite her many mistakes, Taylor's heart always seems to be in the right place, so we hope she finds what she's looking for, whether it's Easter eggs or yet another famous boyfriend.

We didn't think it was possible, but Girls is about to get even girlier. 

Turns out, Taylor Swift and Lena Dunham are longtime friends (of course) and after years of persuading, Taylor has finally agreed to do a cameo on Dunham's hit HBO series.

And it looks like Taylor won't be taking her trip to Williamsburg alone.

Model and Michelle Rodriguez make-out partner Cara Delevigne will also be appearing in the show's fourth season which is already filming in Brooklyn.

In the past Girls has featured cameos from the likes of Richard E. Grant, Louise Lasser, and Patti LuPone.

It seems this season, however, Dunham and the producers have decided to pursue guest stars their audience has actually heard of. 

So why the sudden shift from aging Z-listers to young, hot celebs? 

Well, for one thing, as a fan of the show, Taylor reportedly came cheap: "Taylor loves the show," says an insider. "Lena would love her to take on a more permanent role and maybe pen some music for the show."

You heard right: Taylor Swift will right music for Girls, because apparently there wasn't already enough estrogen pumping though the veins of that show.

On the plus side, based on Taylor's Instagram bikini selfies, it seems she'll be able to add some much-needed sex appeal to Girls. The series already has plenty of sex, but not much of it is appealing.

Burning through famous boyfriends like it's your job is so 2013. Taylor Swift has moved on to the new hotness: burning through celebrity girlfriends!

Just weeks after Taylor and Karlie Kloss officially became platonic relation-chicks, Taylor has apparently moved on to a new celeb-bestie: Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland!

That's Sarah and Taylor stepping out for a Broadway play last night and this photo perfectly captures exactly what I imagine is the relationship dynamic between Taylor and every person in her life.
